The following guidelines apply to vacation leave accruals:
(1) Accrual is based on the number of years of continuous service. The most recent hire date for continuous unbroken service will
be used to calculate the length of service.
(2) Employees are not required to use all vacation leave and may carry over or retain a maximum of two weeks in addition to their
normal annual accrual. Regular, full-time employees shall be entitled to vacation leave as follows:
