The county treasurer will collect, disburse and deposit all funds on a schedule which
ensures optimum cash availability, in accordance with V.T.C.A., Local Government Code
§§ 113.065, 113.901, 113.001—113.005, 113.021—113.024 and 113.041—113.047.
