Departmental training programs will be carried out to develop the potential of all employees. An inventory of employees attending
training programs will be maintained by each department. Opportunity for training shall be without race, religion, color,
national origin, sex (including pregnancy), age, disability, sexual orientation, transgender, gender identity, and gender
expression, or political affiliation.
