§ 78-63. Telephone/facsimile solicitations

Bids for purchases with an aggregate value up to $15,000.00 may be solicited by telephone or facsimile. Complete documentation of the solicitation will be maintained in the contract file in accordance with purchasing department procedures, including a list of vendors contacted and the vendor representative name and/or facsimile confirmation.
