§ 4.46. Open meetings

  • The grievant shall be allowed to decide if the hearing will be open or closed to the public. If the grievant decides to have a closed hearing, the following persons are authorized to be present:

    (1) Commission members;

    (2) Grievant;

    (3) Grievant's representative/ attorney;

    (4) The county's human resources department representative;

    (5) The department's attorney;

    (6) The department's representative;

    (7) Legal counsel for the commission;

    (8) The court reporter.
